The Provider's Connection app is customized for providers. Their profile includes a detailed outline of services and equipment provided, insurance acceptance and patient limitations. These facts insure all acceptable case needs will be directed to your attention. The Provider's Connection's main screen lists the cases requiring feedback from the provider to the discharge planner and allows a simple click to indicate whether or not the provider can handle the request.
